LAPD investigate burglary attempt at home of Diddy's son King Combs

NEW YORK — Los Angeles police officers swarmed the home of Sean "Diddy" Combs' son, Christian “King” Combs and his girlfriend after someone reported an attempted burglary there early Thursday morning, according to reports.
Officers responded around 12:45 a.m. to a residence in the Porter Ranch area to investigate a possible “hot prowl” burglary, or an incident in which a suspect attempts to enter a home while it is still occupied, KTLA reported. They were able to later confirm the residents were not present and that it was an employee at the mansion on Churchill Way who ultimately called the police.
After reviewing video from surveillance cameras on the property, authorities determined a person did attempt to enter through the back door, but failed to gain access to the residence before fleeing the scene. They have not yet announced any arrests and no suspects have been identified as of Thursday afternoon.
Authorities said a burglary report was taken and the investigation remains ongoing.
According to property records obtained by KTLA, the residence involved lists influencer Raven Tracy McEachin — who has been romantically linked to King Combs — as the homeowner. In an August 2024 Instagram post, McEachin celebrated her new digs, writing “we just moved into our first house together.”
King’s father, Diddy, is currently behind bars at the Federal Correctional Institution, Fort Dix, a minimum-security facility in New Jersey. He was ordered to spend 50 months in prison after a jury convicted him in July on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution, which carries a maximum sentence of 10 years apiece. He was also acquitted at the time of the more serious racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking charges.
At the center of the accusations Diddy faced were his infamous “freak off” sex parties, which allegedly involved degrading and physically abusive acts that were often recorded. According to a federal indictment in the case, the rapper “abused, threatened and coerced women and others around him” into participating in the illicit hotel room parties.
